Terms and Conditions

To order with us and enjoy our online purchase and delivery service, customers have to accept the following terms and conditions from Up to Woof (known as ‘UTW’ below). Applicable to HK.

Online Order

  • Orders are automatically processed by our computer system so no changes or cancellation can be made once the order is confirmed. UTW will not be responsible for any order issues caused by the system.

  • Each transaction is counted as an individual order. If you opt for delivery service, the fee will be applied based on the order you make in that one transaction, we will not be unable to group orders from multiple transactions. Do kindly select your order and pick-up/delivery service accordingly.

  • UTW has the final say on order confirmation. We can override any order confirmation made through the website and cancel an order if needed.

  • Please check your order details including name, email, telephone and delivery address before checking out. UTW will not be responsible for and compensate any delivery issues caused by misinformation filled by customers.

  • Order will be automatically cancelled if transaction is not made within 24hrs.

  • Real products are shown in our photos. Products in real life may differ slightly due to the environment, lights, printing and photo arrangements.

  • In case of any defect in the quality of the product, please WhatsApp us the delivery note and receipt for an exchange within seven days upon delivery. Any late requests for exchange will not be accepted.

  • Most of the products are made in local kitchen, UTW tries our best to make sure there is enough supply, in case of any product unavailability due to insufficient imported ingredients, UTW shall notify the customers and refund within one month. 

  • Due to price fluctuations of products imported from different countries, UTW reserves the right to amend the above and other T&C related to selling. UTW will not make any notifications in advance. Customers can stop using the online ordering services if they do not agree with the amendments. Other ordered products will not be affected.

  • We employ SF Express for delivery. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a delivery company, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing our products and services, you agree that we will appoint such a delivery company to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a delivery company. If SF Express or the Post Office or the service providers fail to contact you for delivery arrangements, UTW reserves the right to cancel the relevant order, and return the money after deducting 3% for administration fee (for the online transaction and product transferring cost).

  • There is no refund once the transaction is made.
  • Please pay within 24 hours of the order confirmation
  • We only accept payment in HK dollars
  • Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will process your order within 2-7 days
